Prototyping

It is time to materialize all the ideas provided in the previous phases, we have the machinery, a wide network of suppliers and the necessary human team to materialize the project in the most agile way.

Stage 5

Certification

We certify the products that we develop according to regulations, under the request of our customers.

Stage 6

Pre-series

Definition of supply, workplaces, traceability, industrialization documentation and pilot tests.

Stage 7

Industrialization

We create the structure of the product, we analyze its potential errors to correct them and prepare the production processes to manufacture it.

Engineering, production, quality and supply chain work together to carry out this phase and minimize costs.

Stage 8

Production

We can produce short, medium and long series, according to customer’s needs.
